If you can't measure an insole, measure your foot, add about 1.3 cm (about a half inch) and pick the size with that length. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one. Allow slight variance during production.

One free size exchange: if they don't fit, you can swap for one size up or one size down. Ask within 7 days of delivery. One exchange per order, not available on team or bulk orders. Send the original pair back unworn in its original packaging; return postage is your cost.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
