Shoe Size Exchange Policy (14 Days)

For our sneakers and shoes, we offer a 14-day exchange period for size adjustments. Key points include:

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.
  • Condition: The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

For non-customized, ready-to-ship items, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy:

Damascus Steel Kitchen Knives (30-Day Return Policy)

Our Damascus Steel Kitchen Knives come with a 30-day return policy:
