Wedding Sneakers: Custom Pairs for the Bride and Groom

Bride and groom in white low top sneakers printed with example names and a wedding date on a path covered in petals

Wedding sneakers can carry you through the ceremony, the reception or both. For a pair that's only yours, we print your names and wedding date on a custom pair, and you approve a mockup before anything is made. If you'd like something simpler, our plain white, blue and black pairs skip the mockups, which makes them the quicker choice.

Custom Wedding Sneakers With Your Names and Date

Our custom shoes come in high, mid and low tops. The Jamrock High and the canvas TrenchTown High are high tops, the Rebel Sole is a mid top, and the Jamrock Low and IrieTrod Low are low tops. Low tops sit below the ankle, so they're the easier choice under a long dress.

Names, a date or new colors on one of our existing designs go under the Team design option on the product page. It takes its name from team orders, and it's the right option for a couple too. A pair is $134.95 on the Jamrock High, Jamrock Low, IrieTrod Low and Rebel Sole and $119.95 on the TrenchTown High. That includes a design fee that starts at $35 and up to 2 rounds of mockups.

A brand new design built from your own idea, like your flowers or your venue, is the Original design option. It's $164.95 on those four models and $149.95 on the TrenchTown High, with up to 4 rounds of mockups.

Describe what you want in the design box above the Add to cart button, then reply to the order email with any pictures you'd like us to work from. We send mockups and adjust them with you, and nothing is made until you approve the final design. We can't print pro, college or league logos or other trademarks.

What to Put on a Wedding Pair

The pair in the photo at the top of this page is an example we made up: a white IrieTrod Low with two names and a date on the side, to show how a design sits on the shoe. Start with your names or initials and the date. Then add your wedding colors or a short line like "I do." Pick two or three things, so the shoe doesn't get crowded.

The same idea works for other big days. Our guide to senior night gifts shows it on a pair for a graduating player.

Wedding Sneakers for the Bride

Many brides change into sneakers for the reception, and some wear them all day. If you'd rather skip the design step, the pairs below have no city, number or graphics on them. Each has a vegan leather upper, a perforated toe box and a soft insole.

White Wedding Sneakers

The All White IrieTrod Low is an $84.95 low top. Choose White in the INSOLE COLOR option for a white upper, laces, lining and sole. The Black option gives you black laces, black lining and a black sole, so check that choice before you add it to your cart.

The All White JamPulse is the $99.95 high top, in white with white laces and a white sole.

Blue Wedding Sneakers for Your Something Blue

Powder Blue and Aqua Blue come on the Jamrock High at $99.95, with a solid blue upper, white laces, a white midsole and a black outsole.

Sneakers With a Wedding Dress

Bring your wedding shoes to your first dress fitting, because your seamstress sets the hem to the height of your shoes. If yours haven't arrived, bring a pair with the same height. Whether sneakers show depends on your dress length, and some brides want them to show. No-show socks are the usual choice.

Wedding Sneakers for the Groom

The All Black IrieTrod Low is $84.95, and it's black from upper to sole when you choose Black in the INSOLE COLOR option. Black & White on the Jamrock High is $99.95, with a black upper and laces, white stitch lines, a white midsole and a black outsole. Both go with a dark suit, and the white pairs above suit a lighter one.

Groomsmen Shoes and Matching Pairs for the Wedding Party

For matching pairs, go through our Team & Bulk Orders page. There's no minimum and the sizes can be mixed. One design fee covers the whole order ($35 for a team design, $65 for an original one), a different name on each pair adds $5 per pair, and the price per pair is lower once the order reaches 6 pairs.

We reply with a quote and a mockup, and once you approve the design we send an invoice. Bulk orders usually take 8 to 15 days to make. They don't include the free size exchange, so collect everyone's size first.

Wedding Reception Shoes

Sneakers are a common answer if you're looking for comfortable wedding shoes to change into. Keep yours somewhere your bridal party can reach them. Jamrock and IrieTrod pairs come with at least 2 pairs of laces and a zip-top shoe storage bag as free extras, while supplies last, and the bag makes them easy to carry to the venue. A few designs get a colored insole in place of the second pair of laces. Rebel Sole and TrenchTown High pairs come with one pair of laces in a regular shoe box.

To clean a pair before the day, wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't machine wash it, and don't dry it near direct heat.

When to Order Wedding Sneakers

If you're wearing them with your dress, your deadline is your first fitting, not your wedding day. First fittings usually happen 8 to 12 weeks before the wedding.

Count back from that date. For a custom pair, the mockup rounds come first. After you approve the design, a single pair takes 5 to 14 business days to make, and US delivery then takes 5 to 12 business days, with tracking. Plain pairs are made and shipped within 3 to 8 business days, then take the same 5 to 12 business days for US delivery.

Holidays can stretch both steps. We can't promise an exact delivery date once a package is with the carrier, and we don't offer express shipping inside the US.

Wedding Sneaker Sizes and Exchanges

Each shoe page has a size chart that lists the insole length in centimeters and inches. Measure the insole of a pair that fits you well, from heel to toe, and choose the size with that length. If the insole won't come out, stand on paper with your heel against a wall, mark your longest toe, measure, and add about 1.3 cm (about a half inch). If you land between sizes, go with the larger one. On Jamrock and IrieTrod pairs you pick Men's or Women's with the STYLE option, and Rebel Sole and TrenchTown pairs list both together, like 8 Men / 9.5 Women.

Every pair is made to order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. A single custom Jamrock High, Jamrock Low or IrieTrod Low pair comes with one free size exchange, one size up or one size down, if you ask within 7 days of delivery. The plain pairs named above have the same exchange. Send the pair back unworn in its original packaging and pay the return postage. Rebel Sole and TrenchTown High pairs can't be exchanged for size.

The 7 days start on the day it's delivered, not on your wedding day. Try them on indoors when the box arrives, while you can still ask for the other size. If a pair arrives damaged, defective, wrong or with a print problem, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. For questions before you order, email team@rebelonemart.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear sneakers to my wedding?

Yes. Many brides wear them for the reception and some wear them all day. If you'll wear them with your dress, bring them to your first fitting so the hem is set to their height.

What shoes do brides change into?

Sneakers and flats are the usual choices for the reception. Keep them somewhere your bridal party can reach, so you can change without leaving the party.

Can you get custom wedding sneakers with your names on them?

Yes. Choose Team design on one of our custom listings and describe the names and date in the design box. We send mockups, and nothing is made until you approve the final design.

How long do custom wedding sneakers take?

The mockup rounds come first. After you approve the design, a single pair takes 5 to 14 business days to make, and US delivery then takes 5 to 12 business days.

Will sneakers show under my wedding dress?

It depends on your dress length and how the hem is set. Some brides want them to show and others don't, so tell your seamstress which you'd like at your first fitting.

Can you print our wedding logo or monogram?

Yes, if it's yours. Send it by replying to the order email. We can't print pro, college or league logos or other trademarks.

Can wedding guests wear sneakers?

Check the dress code on the invitation or ask the couple. If you do wear them, a clean plain pair is the safe choice.
