The price includes a design fee, which starts at $35 for a team design: your logo, a name, number or date, or new colors on one of our existing designs, with up to 2 rounds of mockups. A brand new design built from your own idea costs more and gets up to 4 rounds. You choose between them with the DESIGN option on the product page.
Describe what you want in the design box on the product page, and send your logo and any reference pictures by replying to the order email. The mockups come to you, and nothing is made until you approve the final design, which keeps the surprise safe.
What to Put on a Senior Night Pair
Start with their jersey number and graduation year. Then add the school's logo, their last name or the nickname the team uses, and build the colors around the school's. Other good choices are the date of senior night, the number of seasons they played or their hometown. Pick two or three, so the design doesn't get crowded.
The School's Logo or School Colors
The pair in the photo at the top of this page is a Jamrock High with an example design we made up, to show how a design sits on the shoe: a crest on the side, the name on the collar and the number on the heel. The crest isn't a real team's logo. A look like that one, with your logo, name and number, is our Team design option.
We can print your school's logo if you own it or have permission to use it, and the product page asks you to confirm that. We can't print pro, college or league logos or other trademarks. If that's what you have in mind, send us the school's colors and any ideas you have, and we'll create an original look in the same spirit.
Senior Night Gifts From Parents or the Whole Team
A pair costs more than most senior night keepsakes, so it usually comes from parents, family or a few people going in together. The simplest way to share the cost is for one person to order a single pair on the product page and for everyone else to settle up with them. That keeps the free size exchange on the Jamrock and IrieTrod models, which team orders don't include.
If you want matching pairs for every senior, go through our Team & Bulk Orders page. There's no minimum and the sizes can be mixed. One design fee covers the whole order ($35 for a team design, $65 for an original one), a different name or number on each pair adds $5 per pair, and the price per pair is lower once the order reaches 6 pairs. Collect everyone's size first, because sizes can't be changed once production starts. We reply with a quote and a mockup, and once you approve the design we send an invoice with a secure payment link.

If There Isn't Time for a Custom Pair
Pairs in our existing designs skip the mockups, which makes them the quicker choice. Our Jamrock High comes in Red & Black, Red & White, All Red and Black & White, and in single colors like Marigold Yellow, Aqua Blue and Mint Green. None of them has a city, a number or any other graphic on it, and that makes them easy to match to a school.
Our basketball-inspired city sneakers put a city's name and colors on a Jamrock High, like Denver in navy and gold and Cleveland in wine and gold. They're independent designs, not official team products, and they aren't affiliated with or licensed by any team or league.
City pairs can also carry a name. Tick Add a name on the product page, and for $10 your text replaces the name printed on the shoe, exactly as you type it, with no mockup.
Senior Night Gift Ideas for Every Senior on the Team
When parents or the booster club are buying for the whole group, keep it small and personal. We don't sell these, but they came up again and again in the senior night guides we read:

Senior Night Basketball Ideas for the Ceremony
Senior night is usually held at the last home game of the regular season, either before the game or at halftime. Each senior is announced and walks out with their parents or family while the announcer reads a few lines about them and their plans after graduation. A coach might say a few words, and then there are flowers or a gift and a family photo.
Try to keep the ceremony to about 15 to 20 minutes, or the game starts late. Start 6 to 8 weeks ahead by setting the date and collecting photos and details from each family. That gives underclassmen time to decorate lockers and make posters too.

The same ideas work for any sport. A custom pair can carry any number and any team's colors, and a keepsake with their name and number works for every senior. Football, volleyball and soccer seniors usually have their night in the fall, and softball and baseball seniors in the spring, so check when their season ends before you order.
How to Get Their Size Without Asking
If you're a parent, borrow a pair they already wear, take the insole out and measure it from heel to toe. If it won't come out, try another pair. Everyone else can ask a parent to do it, or ask the senior for their size and keep the design as the surprise.
Each shoe page has a size chart that lists the insole length in centimeters and inches. Choose the size with the length you measured, and if it falls between sizes, go with the larger one. Go by the length rather than the number inside their shoes, because fit can change from one shoe model to the next. Our sneakers come in adult men's and women's US sizes. On the Jamrock and IrieTrod models you pick Men's or Women's with the STYLE option, and Rebel Sole and TrenchTown pairs list both together, for example 8 Men / 9.5 Women.
If the Size Is Wrong
Every pair is made to order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind, and that includes gifts. A single custom Jamrock High, Jamrock Low or IrieTrod Low pair comes with one free size exchange, one size up or one size down, if you ask within 7 days of delivery, and the existing pairs named above have the same exchange. You send the original pair back unworn in its original packaging and pay the return postage. Rebel Sole and TrenchTown High pairs can't be exchanged for size, and neither can pairs from a team order.
The 7 days start on the day it's delivered, not the day of senior night. When the box arrives, compare its insole with the pair you measured, while you can still ask for the other size.

When to Order for Senior Night
The date won't move, so count back from it and order a custom pair as early as you can. The mockup rounds come first. After you approve the design, a single pair takes 5 to 14 business days to make, and a team order usually takes 8 to 15 days. US delivery then takes 5 to 12 business days, with tracking.
Holidays can stretch both steps, and basketball senior nights often come in January or February, right after them. Start before the holidays if you can. We can't promise an exact delivery date once a package is with the carrier, and we don't offer express shipping inside the US.
Pairs in our existing designs are made and shipped within 3 to 8 business days, then take the same 5 to 12 business days for US delivery.
What Comes With the Pair
Custom Jamrock and IrieTrod pairs, and the existing pairs named above, come with 2 pairs of laces and a zip-top shoe storage bag as free extras, while supplies last. A few designs get a colored insole in place of the second pair of laces. Rebel Sole and TrenchTown High pairs come with one pair of laces in a regular shoe box.
