If your shoes arrived damaged or defective please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll get them replaced free of charge.

We offer free exchanges ONLY for incorrect sizes by one size only within 14 days of receipt. If your shoes arrive and they don't fit, we will exchange the shoes. However, the BUYER is responsible for the return shipping cost of the UNWORN shoes.
