WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS, YunExpress, 4PX, FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is shipping from.

*1st Class To U.S. / Worldwide Shipping :

  • Average transit times to the United States: 3 - 7 Business days. 
  • Average transit times to the Canada: 5 - 15 Business days.
  • Average transit times to the United Kingdom: 5 - 15 Business days.
  • Average transit times to the France: 5 - 10 Business days.
  • Average transit times to International: 10 - 25 Business days.

 

There are situations that are out of our control (Customs delays, Global Epidemics, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. Most packages will arrive on time, but there may delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Due to the Global pandemic across the World, there may be shipping delays. In some rare cases delivery time can take up to 35 business days or more exclude customs clearance. We apologize for this inconvenience.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Every order comes with a tracking number. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the world as our research team spends the time to find premium quality but affordable products.

 

TRACKING MY ORDER

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This tracking number might take up 3-4 days before it updates.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order! We can accept cancellations within 5 hours of an order being placed. After 5 hours the order is processed to our shipping company. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

 

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at RebelOneMart@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.

 

CANCELLATION FEE

We charge 20% cancellation fee for all products if customer want to cancel order.

 

EXTRA TAXES

Customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. Especially customs tax fees can be charged for UK customers after Brexit reform changed.

Why is my order being shipped in multiple packages?

Some of our products are very large. We like to save money and pass those savings on to our customers. The bigger the box, the more it costs to ship. We may use multiple packages to ensure your product arrives undamaged. If at all possible we will use 1 package to deliver your gifts.

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail or during shipment?

If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. We do not refund or resend orders if they are lost or stuck. You will need to reach out to the delivering agency to file a claim. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
