How many revisions do I get?

This listing includes 1–4 design rounds with mockups and communication. Most customers finalize within 2 rounds.

How long does the full process take?

Design + mockups typically take a few days depending on response time. After approval, production takes 5–14 business days.

Can you do sports team designs?

Yes. Sports-inspired looks are welcome, and we can print your own school, club or rec team logo if you own it or have permission to use it. We can’t print pro, college or league logos, but we can create an original design that matches the vibe.

What if there is a defect?

If there’s a manufacturing issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Return Policy

Custom pairs are made just for you, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Size exchange: if your custom pair is made on one of our shoes that offers the free size exchange, you get one free exchange for one size up or one size down within 7 days of delivery. We'll confirm whether your model qualifies when we send your mockup. Not available on team or bulk orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a print problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
