Get your size right before you order

Custom pairs can't be returned if you change your mind, so measure first. Every model's size chart lists the insole length in centimeters.

  1. Best: take the insole out of a pair of sneakers that fits you well, measure it from heel to toe in centimeters and choose the size with that length.
  2. If the insole doesn't come out: stand on paper with your heel against a wall, mark your longest toe and measure in centimeters. Use the longer foot and choose the size whose length is just above your measurement.

If you're between sizes, choose the larger one. Custom Jamrock High, Jamrock Low and IrieTrod Low pairs come with one free size exchange, one size up or down, within 7 days of delivery. Rebel Sole and TrenchTown High pairs don't, so measure those carefully. Defects and print problems reported within 14 days are fixed free.

Custom Basketball Shoes and Sneakers, Made to Order

Custom basketball shoes from Rebel One Mart are printed across the whole shoe with your design: a name, a number, a date, your colors or an idea you send us. You choose the model, we send a mockup, and your pair is made only after you approve it.

How Custom Shoes Work

  1. Pick a model and your size, then place your order.
  2. Send your idea in the order notes or reply to our email: the theme, the colors, any name, number or date, and reference pictures.
  3. We send design mockups and adjust them with you until you approve the final design.
  4. Your pair is made in 5 to 14 business days after approval, then ships with tracked delivery.

Choose Your Model

  • Jamrock High: a high top basketball shoe that covers the ankle, which gives a design the most room.
  • Rebel Sole: a mid top basketball shoe that rises to about the ankle.
  • TrenchTown High: a high top sneaker, with men's and women's sizes listed together.
  • Jamrock Low and IrieTrod Low: low top sneakers that sit below the ankle and are the easiest to wear every day.

If you want a shoe that isn't listed, you can still order a custom pair on another model. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll confirm it before we start.

What the Price Includes

Each model's price includes a personalized design: a name, number or date, or new colors on one of our existing designs, with up to 2 rounds of mockups. An original design built from your own idea, with up to 4 rounds, is a $30 upgrade. For detailed artwork or designs with a lot of elements, we'll quote the price by email first.

Getting the Size Right

Size is the one thing to get right on a custom pair, because custom pairs can't be returned if you change your mind. Every model's size chart lists the insole length in centimeters, so the measuring steps at the top of this page match the insole of a sneaker that already fits you, or your foot if the insole doesn't come out. If you're between sizes, go with the larger one.

Custom pairs on the Jamrock High, Jamrock Low and IrieTrod Low come with one free size exchange: one size up or one size down, requested within 7 days of delivery, with the original pair sent back unworn. The Rebel Sole and TrenchTown High don't have a size exchange. On every model, damage, defects and print problems reported within 14 days of delivery are fixed free.

Team and Group Orders

We make matching custom pairs for teams, clubs, families and friends. Sizes can be mixed, there's no minimum, and the price per pair drops from 6 pairs. One design fee covers the whole order, and names or numbers that change from pair to pair cost a little extra per pair. Group orders don't include the free size exchange, so collect everyone's size before you order. Email info@rebelonemart.com to start one.

What We Can't Print

We can't print official team logos, league marks or other trademarks. If your idea includes one, we'll create an original design with the same colors and feel instead of copying it.

How long do custom shoes take?

Mockups come first. After you approve the final design, your pair takes 5 to 14 business days to make, then ships with tracked delivery. Holidays can add a little time, so order early if you need it by a date.

Will I see the design before it's made?

Can I put a name or number on the shoes?

Can I return custom shoes?

Not if you change your mind, because each pair is made for you. Custom pairs on the Jamrock High, Jamrock Low and IrieTrod Low get one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Damage, defects and print problems reported within 14 days are fixed free on every model.

Can you print my team's logo?

No. We can't print official logos or trademarked team marks, but we can design an original look in the same colors.

Do you make custom shoes for teams?
